Wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca )

Fragaria vesca also know as the woodland,wild, or European strawberry, this  sspecies  was one of the first to be cultivated. It produces  but highly aromatic fruits, an old varieties of strawberry  in clude wild strawberry  like fragaria vesca, the highly aromatic  Alpine strawberry (fragaria vesca),and the white yellow wonder'strawberry .a perennial 

Historically, fragaria vesca was cultivated in Europe  uuntil the 17th century. 

The fleshy, edible fruit, used in jams, juices and bakery products,,the fruit are red skin  wwhite flesh taste very sweet.
