(Cutrullus lanatus) is a mini melon. It is my favorite watermelon, with early maturity (80-90 days) from Japan (but originally from China around 1912). Kaho watermelon has salmon orange colored flesh and a thin rind, rugby ball shape, with fruit weight 1-2 kg up to 3 kg, just a good size for watermelon.
