Water chestnuts

Eleocharis dulcis or Chinese chestnut or water chestnuts  is a grass-like sedge  native to Asia, tropical African, and Oceania. It is grown in many countries for its edible corms. It can be eaten raw,boiled, roasted, stir-fried.

They can be planted in early spring,All the  plant need is waterlogged conditions, good soil, and full sun.
