Santa Claus melon /Christmas melon

The Santa Claus melon, also known as Christmas melon or piel de sapo (toad skin ), is a variety of melons family of cucurbitaceae.

An heirloom melon native to Spain and South America in the 7th century. 
It grows about a foot in length and is avoiding in shape. It has a thick green-stripes outer rind and pale green to white inner flesh with a mild melon flavor and sweetness close to honeydew melon .long  keeper  about   months .
