Perpetual spinach

(Beta vulgaris)a Chard Beet family ,but  very similar to true spinach in flavor, preferred it is  much easier to grow and  far more vigorous than true spinach, everything green. Ttaste spinach but is slightly  robust.

It also has  advantages constantly producing a new  crop when  picked and so is ideally  suited to  gardening in small  space.

Start harvest in 65 days, to mature, pull rather than cut leaves as required.leaving the plant to continue to develop.

Very hardy,tolerates cool.
