Chinese Broccoli (Gai lan)

Gai lan,Kai -lan,Chinese Broccoli, Chinese kale is a leaf vegetable with thick, gloss blue green leaves  with thick stems and florets  similar to Broccoli, but much smaller than Broccoli, a brassica oleracea cultivar, when it goin to flower yellow ,Great tasting,"superfood"its flavor is similar to flesh Broccoli, but more mild and sweet delicious in simply stir-fried.

You can start harvesting 6-7 weeks 
The whole plant can be harvested once or harvested multiple times by using the cut off the top 15-20cm stem or by harvesting only the lower leaves .
